Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to manage our office, located in the heart of downtown Denver. The ideal candidate is a proactive, dependable team player who can multi-task to provide excellent customer service and project support as needed.

 

Office Management:

  • Interface with clients and the public

  • Screen incoming phone calls

  • Process mail, receive deliveries and schedule shipments

  • Order and organize office supplies

  • Coordinate continuing education opportunities and company gatherings

  • Coordinate with IT service providers to manage software licenses and troubleshoot hardware issues

 

Project Support:

  • Assist with research, layout, and content creation for project proposals (knowledge in Adobe In-Design preferred)

  • Assist with creating interview materials (i.e. PowerPoints, presentation boards, etc.)

  • Various architectural and construction related project support tasks: document tracking, proofreading, printing, scheduling, creating marketing materials. Training provided.

 

Desired skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite

  • Adobe Creative Suite

  • Ability to quickly learn industry language and standards

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to self-motivate and problem solve

  • Organized and task oriented
